Flat Wire & Shaped spring steel wire is rolled from a round wire through a series of rolling and annealing operations. Larger cross sections may be die drawn to size. Production process includes prefabricated mold, rolling, lead hardening, two rolling, special-shaped die drawing, hardening, tempering and other process steps.
